Submitting Change Requests

All change requests must be submitted as a written document. We do not accept change requests sent as emails, text messages, or screenshots.

Accepted formats include Word documents, Google Docs, similar document formats, or printed pages delivered in person.

Change request documents must meet the following formatting requirements: US Letter size (8.5 x 11 inches), portrait orientation, 1-inch margins on all sides, 12-point Times New Roman font, single-spaced. No images, screenshots, or embedded media are permitted in the document.

Documents must be emailed to admin@momnpop.us or delivered in person.

Pricing for Changes

Changes are billed at a flat rate of $20 per page of submitted changes. Each page is billable whether or not the page is fully filled.

There is a minimum charge of $10 per change request submission.

Images and Other Files

Image files or other assets that need to be published to the website must be submitted separately. Files should be emailed to admin@momnpop.us or delivered in person on a USB-A drive.

Scope of Changes

This pricing structure is intended for small content and layout changes. If a requested change requires substantial development, new functionality, database changes, third-party services, or work outside the existing website scope, a separate quote may be required regardless of page count.

Timing and Processing

Change requests are processed in the order received once payment has been made. Expedited or urgent requests may be subject to additional fees.
